SITUATIONAL AWARENESS
The Lexus IS offers the confidence of standard Rear Cross-Traffic Alert (RCTA) that audibly alerts the driver to vehicles crossing at the rear, which is a big help in crowded parking lots. The IS also has an available Rear Cross-Traffic Braking that adds automatic braking, increasing the safety of both the vehicle and its occupants. The 330i offers Rear Cross-Traffic Alert as an option but doesn't offer it with automaticbraking.
